Pot Pan Restaurant Gaia

Pot&Pan Restaurant

The buildings of The Rebello have played many parts over the years, including a stint as a cookware manufacturer making – you guessed it – pots & pans.

Now serving as our on-site restaurant, prepare to uncover an epicure’s paradise, accented by industrial design flourishes, charming service & flawless execution.

We don’t do pretentious though. Good food. Good wine. Good people. We capture the flavours of our beloved city and serve it to you in pots & pans as a nod to the past, with ingredients from our partners to help you get a taste of modern local life.

Hotel dining, how hotel dining should be.

A taste of modern local life.
